Tech Support

We will provide tech support when ever we can reguardless if we built the bike or sold you the part. If you don't get throug leave us a message or email mac@twistedsteelchoppers.com or twistedsteel1@aol.com We may not be able to give you an answer on the spot...but we'll find it and solve the problem for you.

Shipping

Items Valued at $150.00 or more will be shipped Signature required. No Item will ship until shipping is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon by Twisted Steel Choppers. International buyers are responsible for any duties and or tariffs. All Items that ship from TSC are Inspected for defects and Damage prior to shippment. In the rare event that a defect or blemish is found the item will be changed out for a perfect one. In some situations this may delay shipping. Items are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority. For International Buyers, Items are shipped USPS International Priority. Tracking Information is provided as soon as it is available. FOR FASTER SHIPPING SERVICE YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION (TO INCLUDE ZIP CODE) FOR RATE CONFIRMATION.

Returns

You must contact TSC within 7 Days of delivery of the Item if there is an issue with the item. No exceptions. If the Item is defective or Damaged it will be replaced ASAP at no added cost. NOTE: This a very rare as all Items are Inspected and logged by the Inspector prior to shipping. Refunds Will be issued after the Item is received and inspected by TSC

Warranty Info

If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. This warranty does not cover products that have been installed incorrectly or products that have been broken. All warranty claims are subject to inspection. No replacements will be considered due to abuse or improper installation.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and money orders / cashiers checks. We will except a personal check, however the item will not ship until teh check clears our bank. (We also accept wire transfers on an arranged basis) call 518-320-0646 if paying with credit cards over the phone, please be patient as our phones are always busy. When paying with money order / cashiers check/Personal check, make sure to include item name or TSC Part Number / valid contact information (including telephone number) / shipping address on another sheet clearly written to ensure proper delivery. Money orders / Cashiers checks/ Personal Checks should be made payable to Twisted Steel Choppers and sent to Twisted Steel Choppers 7948 State HWY 30 Delanson, NY 12053.

Ordering a Build -

We’ll work with you in designing and selecting the parts and components for your ride. With A confirmed Down Payment we’ll travel to meet with you and finalize your design and component selection.

We need a $10,000 ($5,000.00 with proof of US Military Service, We're all VETS here) down payment to add your name to the bottom of our list. Down payment can be a personal check, money order, cashiers check or wire transfer. We do not take credit cards for bike payments. We will call you around 2-3 weeks before your bike will be ready to ship out and ask to settle the full balance. Once we receive your balance due, and when your bike becomes ready to ship, we will call you with a tracking number or delivery time. We will not ship out a Bike without full payment. Please send either a cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. If sending a personal check your build will ship after the check clears our bank. For TSC builds totaling more than $30,000 we ask for an additional $10,000 when we start your build and the balance upon completion.

Lead Time

Build time runs 2-6 months with a create Motor and depending on the amount of Fabrication that goes into the bike. Motors from Accurate Engineering are not stocked. They built their engines to order and can take up to 6 months before we have it. Your lead time starts the day we receive your down payment

Financing

We do not have in-house financing. You will find most credit unions and banks will finance your Twisted Steel Chopper since your motorcycle is a licensed vehicle, with a VIN that is registered with the N.H.T.S.A Once your financial rep knows it’s a licensed vehicle, they usually will finance the motorcycle at a lower rate compared to a Special Construction motorcycle. We can supply your financial institution with a Purchase Order and the VIN number of your motorcycle.

Warranty

Your bike is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year, with the exception of defects in paint and chrome, which are warranted for a period of six months. Twisted Steel Choppers will be the sole arbitrator of defective parts. A defect is defined as the failure of an original part, or of a replacement part of the same quality, to function as it was designed, in normal use, when properly operated and maintained. This Warranty is provided in writing with every TSC Bike Sold.

Bike Performance Issues
If you will not be able to provide us the bike in Delanson NY , if the bike breaks down, you have to take it to a reputable bike shop for repairs and/or warranty work. We will be in communication with that shop for the warranty work as well as to see if the matter is a warranty issue. Plus, in talking with the shop, we usually we are able to walk their mechanics through the problem, making the process fast and easy.
